The RAF Air Cadets is the premier youth organisation in the the United Kingdom.
2137 (Lymm) Squadron is the unit which covers the Lymm and South Warrington areas. Our highly qualified and committed volunteer staff work hard to foster a spirit of adventure and encourage an interest in aviation and the Royal Air Force. The organisation is voluntary and cadets can opt to participate in a range of activities and opportunities.
Pilot Officer Louis Clegg
Plt Off L Clegg
Plt Off Clegg is accountable for the good running and management of 2137 Sqn. He enjoys Shooting, Fieldcraft, Radio Comms and aviation subjects.
WO I Sykes
WO Sykes is ex RAF and has wealth of knowledge and experience to decant to the cadets. He also has an active training role in Fieldcraft, Shooting and Radio Comms.
Sgt D Lightfoot
FMST & Supply
Sgt Lightfoot kits out all cadets and makes sure that they are properly equipped. He particularly enjoys teaching Field & Military Skills Training.
Sgt P Middlehurst
Adjutant & Radio Comms
Sgt Middlehurst acts as an administrative assistant to a senior officer.
He is also responsible for looking after the squadrons comms equipment and provides comms training to the cadets. He is a full licensed Radio Amateur and has a professional background in electromechanical engineering, electronics and networking.
Sgt V Sherwin
D of E and AT Officer
Sgt Sherwin is responsible for organising our Squadron AT, DofE, and organises all first aid training.
CI S Priestley
CI Priestley is an ex Cadet of 2137 Lymm Sqn and a Gold D of E holder. He has responsibility for STEM in the Sqn and helping with D of E training. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer.

Mrs V Sims
Mrs Sims is our squadron's chaplain, helping to reinforce the values of good citizenship with our cadets and assisting with their welfare. She is also responsible for formally enrolling new cadets into the squadron.
